Ordering

How can I order ?
Find the required product using the search field or by browsing through the categories. Add the desired in your shopping card by clicking the cart button.

How can I see the status of my order ?
Just log in with your email address and your password / customer id. Under "my account" you will an overwiew of your orders and their status. By clicking "details" the details of each order will be displayed. Additional, you will get an automated email notification when your order is shipped

I did not find the product I was looking for. What can I do ?
Use the search function. If you didn't find the desired product, we can't order it or it is no more available.

Delivery

How and to which countries do you deliver ?
We deliver by DHL to the above mentioned countries. It's possible to pick up the products in our Shop in Aschaffenburg, Germany.

Freight/Delivery costs
An overview of our freight costs can be found above.
Freight costs to non EU countries do not include local import tax or customs duty. These have to be paid by our customer.

How long will it take to ship my order ?
The delivery time of each product is quoted on the product info page. Products on stock will be shipped immediately after receipt of your payment.
If a product is not available, we will try to order it for you; if there is no possibility th order this product, we will notify you

Orders of government agencies, schools, univeritys
Only possible in germany. Pls switch language to german.

Do you provide order tracking ?
Yes. When your products are shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. You can log in your account and click on the DHL tracking link to see tracking information

Which payment methods are available an?
Payment is possible per prepaiment via banktransfer, Paypal and Moneybookers

Is ist possible to pay with credit cards ?
No, but it's possible to use your credit card with paypal or moneybookers.
